A new Miley Cyrus song has surfaced the internet! Party in the USA is said to be a promotional song for her new clothing line for Walmart with Max Azria. Others say it's a song from an up-coming third solo album that was leaked super early. Either way, Miley is OK with it, and kept a somewhat positive attitude. After all, what artist wants their song leaked ahead of schedule? On Tuesday, July 28, when the song hit the world wide web, Miley found out on Twitter by Dr.Luke who is helping Miley in the recording studio. He tweeted: "@mileycyrus mileypoo.... what up trouble??? they done leaked it..... call me homesky!!!!" Miley wasn't sure what he was talking about, only to find out that Party in the USA had been leaked. Miley responded "@thedoctorluke I didn't know until this tweet! Omgosh! LAME! Whatevs!" She also asked Perez Hilton if he liked it, via Twitter of course. So, Miley seemed to bounce back.

UPDATE: Party in the USA has been confirmed as one of 7 songs on an exclusive Walmart EP to promote Miley Cyrus and Max Azria's clothing line.
