Noah plays a goldfish, named Ponyo who wishes to become a human when she befriends Sōsuke (Frankie's character). Lately, Noah and Frankie have been traveling together, doing interviews with TV shows and radio stations. Since, Noie got a Twitter, she posted a picture of her and Frankie hanging out (you can see it below), so it looks like Frankie and Noah are going to be best friends just like their older sibling Miley and Nick. They have so much fun together doing interviews and it definately shows they love being each others' co-star! They are too cute!

CelebGossip sure did, and we think that they were amazing. Miley Cyrus was a big winner Sunday night, along with the cast of Twilight, and the Jonas Brothers. But Miley also performed her new single Party in the USA for the very first time, AND made Teen Choice history! That's right! In all 10 years that the TCA's were hosted, no celebrity has ever won a surfboard for a movie, TV, and music all in the same year...until now! Miley made the record winning 6 of the whopping 13 TCA's she was nominated for. Miley's surfboards were awards for: 1. Choice Music Single (The Climb), 2. Choice Hissy Fit (Hannah Montana:The Movie), 3. Choice Movie Actress Music & Dance (Hannah Montana:The Movie), 4. Choice TV Actress Comedy (Hannah Montana), 5. Choice TV Show Comedy (Hannah Montana), and 6. Choice Song of the Summer (Before the Storm ft. Nick Jonas). Wow! Impressive! If that wasn't enough Miley recieved the honor of presenting the Ultimate Choice Award to Britney Spears for her 10 year contribution in the music industry. And as it seems, the Teen Choice Awards just passed, CelebGossip is already looking foward to the 2010 awards!

Party in the USA is said to be a promotional song for her new clothing line for Walmart with Max Azria. Others say it's a song from an up-coming third solo album that was leaked super early. Either way, Miley is OK with it, and kept a somewhat positive attitude. After all, what artist wants their song leaked ahead of schedule? On Tuesday, July 28, when the song hit the world wide web, Miley found out on Twitter by Dr.Luke who is helping Miley in the recording studio. He tweeted: "@mileycyrus mileypoo.... what up trouble??? they done leaked it..... call me homesky!!!!" Miley wasn't sure what he was talking about, only to find out that Party in the USA had been leaked. Miley responded "@thedoctorluke I didn't know until this tweet! Omgosh! LAME! Whatevs!" She also asked Perez Hilton if he liked it, via Twitter of course. So, Miley seemed to bounce back.

Anyway, the video inside contains Miley's awesome new up-beat song, and the lyrics are below...enjoy!
UPDATE: Party in the USA has been confirmed as one of 7 songs on an exclusive Walmart EP to promote Miley Cyrus and Max Azria's clothing line. Ashley's sister Jennifer, age 27 is pregnant with her fiance Shane. Earlier this month Jennifer announced that she was engaged through Twitter saying, "After almost 3 years. I’m getting married to the love of my life!!! Ahhh I have a fiance!!!! :)" Recently, a source close to the couple told JustJaredJr. that they are expecting their first child together. The source said that "they couldn't be happier" and "they're ecstatic and planning to get married later this month." With all this news, Jen tweeted “Getting ready to pack up my apartment So excited about getting a bigger place w/ my loves!”. We guess she needed more room to for her future family! Congrats to the entire Tisdale family for this wonderful news!
